These terms and conditions govern your participation in private leader sessions. It is facilitated by [Private leader]. By participating in the Sessions, you agree to be bound by these terms:

 

1. Participation Eligibility:

• All ages can participate in the Private Leader Sessions.

• You must provide accurate and complete information about yourself including your full legal name, and your issue when registering for the sessions.

 

2. Session Registration:

• Registration for sessions is subject to availability and may require payment of a registration fee.

• Private leader reserve the right to accept or reject any registration at our discretion.

 

3. Session Content:

• Sessions may include discussions, presentations, exercises, and other activities facilitated by private leader.

 

4. Participant Conduct:

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during sessions.  Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

• Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in the participant being removed from the session without refund.

 

5. Confidentiality:

• Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the sessions, including but not limited to personal experiences, strategies, and business plans.

• Private Leader respects the privacy of the participants. All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law.

 

6. Payment and Refunds:

• Payment must be made in full prior when booking a sessions.

• Refunds may be issued at our discretion and are subject to any applicable cancellation fees.

 

7. Limitation of Liability:

• We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred by participants as a result of their participation in the sessions.

• Participants acknowledge that sessions are for informational, educational, personal life journey, empathetic purposes only and do not constitute professional advice about projects, money, etc.

• Scope of Services: Private Leader offers private sessions for coaching, mentoring, or guidance purposes. These sessions are intended for personal development, guidance, and inspiration.

• No Guarantee of Healing: Private Leader does not guarantee any form of healing, physical, emotional, or otherwise, as a result of participating in the sessions.

• Private Leader is not responsible for the physical, emotional, or psychological healing of the customer. While private leader aim to provide support and encouragement, private leader does not offer medical or therapeutic services. Our sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

 

8. Modifications:

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.

 

9. Termination:

• Private leader reserve the right to terminate a session or a participant's participation in a session at any time, for any reason, without refund.

 

10.  Cancellation Policy:​

• Customers cannot cancel the session after making a purchase . This sessions are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the terms and conditions before making a purchases .

 

11.  Punctuality:

• Customers are required to show up for their session at the exact scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the session, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

12. Recording Policy:

•  Customers are strictly prohibited from recording the screen or the session. Only Private Leader has the authority to record sessions for keeping track on the participant issue.

 

13. Feedback and Reputation:

•  Customers are not allowed to use any derogatory language or attempt to damage the reputation of Private Leader if they are dissatisfied with the service. Constructive feedback is appreciated and should be communicated in a respectful manner.

 

14. Acknowledgment of Responsibility:

• By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and decisions. Private Leader does not guarantee any specific outcomes from our sessions.

 

15. Acceptance of Terms:

• By booking a private session with Private Leader, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
